Please have the serial number and part number of your product available when you call, or add it to your email. The serial number and part number will be on a label either on the back or bottom of your product.
VS Security Products offers the most extensive product warranties in the industry. Many of our degaussers come with a 36 month back to base warranty, all parts and labor as standard. We also offer optional extended warranties up to 60 months (5 years) on some of our products.
