Your Warranty Offer:
Our standard warranty and lifetime technical support are included in the price of your products. Verity Systems provides you with a one-year, return to base warranty.
If your Verity Systems product or any of its accessories fails to operate to its specification at any time during the warranty period, we will repair it. The repair will provide you with a product, which in our opinion, performs consistently with its age and usage. If your product needs repairing during its warranty period, then please contact your supplier.
PowerTowers have a 2 year warranty as standard, however exclusions apply in the 2nd year of warranty.
Exclusions and Conditions:
Drives and hard disk drives are NOT included in the 2nd year warranty. The 2nd year warranty only includes cases, controllers and power supplies. In the case of replacement controllers which necessitate a drive upgrade, drives will not be included under the 2nd year warranty and will therefore not be replaced. Upgraded drives in this situation would need to be purchased.
Customers are required to pay ALL shipping costs (to and from Verity Systems) on all 2nd year warranty returns.
Extended Warranties:
In addition to the standard 12-month warranty, extended warranties are also available which will increase your protection and give you peace of mind for a further year. (A further 2 years if outside the Americas).
Extended warranty provides the initial standard warranty cover for the additional year. Exemption List
